The week, by post
Build the week by post. See coverage gaps, open shifts, and a credential conflict before you publish. Officers see open shifts they still qualify for.
Core of the early-access product.

Time and attendance
Hours tied to the site
Clock-in is tied to the site. A punch inside the geofence, breaks, and a supervisor approval step are how hours become a timesheet.
Early access.

Pay, bill, and export
Pay rate and bill rate, kept apart
Each assignment can carry a pay rate and a bill rate. Approved hours feed a payroll export and a client invoice, so margin is visible before the week closes.
Early access.

Client portal
Clients see the coverage
Clients see who is on post, request more coverage, and read reports and invoices in their own view.
Early access.

Armed qualifications
A different rule for an armed post
Unarmed and armed posts are different assignments. Firearms qualifications and requalification dates stay on the record the scheduler checks. An open shift can show that a firearms qualification has expired, instead of letting the claim go through.
Early access for enforcement on every shift.
