What the form collects
Last updated November 3, 2026.
Who operates this site
This is the pre-launch site for OfficerOps at officerops.com. It exists to take early-access and demo requests while the product is in development.
What we collect
The form asks for:
- Your name
- Your company or agency
- Your work email
- An approximate guard count, chosen from a range
- Optionally, whether you are a guard company or an agency
We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address, a payment card, or a government ID.
Why
We use it to follow up about early access and demos, and to understand the size of the companies asking to join. We do not send a confirmation email, and we do not pass the list to an email marketing tool.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database operated for this site. The database is not readable from the browser. This site does not include analytics or advertising trackers. The host that serves the site processes the connection as part of delivering the page.
We also keep a short-lived counter of submission attempts, stored as a hash, so one source cannot flood the form. That counter is not your name or email.
How long
We keep a submission until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to run the early-access list.
Deletion
Submit the form again with the same work email, any guard-count range, your name, and the company field set to “Deletion request”. If that email is on the list, we remove the stored rows. We do not send an email to confirm.
Who can see it
We do not sell this information. The people operating OfficerOps can export the list in order to follow up. The export is not public.
